Spring Crops

June: Napa cabbage, broccoli, cilantro, dill, onions, cauliflower, cabbage, beans, summer squash, zucchini, cucumbers, carrots, beets, herbs, potatoes
Summer Crops
August: melons, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, beans, summer squash, zucchini, butternut squash, delicate winter squash, cucumbers, sweet potatoes, herbs.
September: melons, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, beans, summer squash, zucchini, winter squash, pumpkins, cucumbers, sweet potatoes.
Fall Crops
November: carrots, beets, cabbage, napa cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, turnips, rutabaga, daikon radish, arugula, spinach, kale, lettuce, collard greens, fall scallion onions, herbs.
December: carrots, beets, cabbage, napa cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, collard greens, kale, arugula, spinach, lettuce, cilantro, turnips, daikon radish, fall scallion onions. Possibly sweet potatoes, winter squash, and turmeric.

Sunshine Family Farm is a small, local farm in Cottontown, Tennessee. We grow fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs for the surrounding community using natural, regenerative methods.
Yes! The farm welcomes visitors for weekly pickups, farm tours, and community events like Farmer Fest with live music and food trucks. Families are invited to see how local food is grown and get to know the farmers who grow it.
The Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program runs for 30 weeks, from May through December. Members receive a box of seasonal produce each Saturday. Payment can be made upfront or via monthly installments.
Your weekly share changes with the seasons and includes an exceptional abundance of fresh produce. Spring (May-June) brings leafy greens, radishes, broccoli, and herbs. Summer (August-September) features melons, tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers. Fall and winter (November-December) include root vegetables, squash, and hardy greens.
We practice regenerative agriculture that works with nature to heal the land while growing food. Our farming builds soil health and supports the local ecosystem.
