Local produce

We have partnered with Timothy Kercheville and Festina Lente Farms to regeneratively farm our land. We offer CSA Memberships which provide the local community with weekly boxes of freshly-picked produce.

About Us

Our farm on Tyree Springs Rd has been around since the 1850s. We are honored to be able to bring this farm back to life. To see the orchard back and thriving. We've brought livestock back onto the land. All with the goal of providing the local community an opportunity to have a part in experiencing and knowing where their food comes from.

FAQS

What is a CSA?

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. It's a business/farming model where the consumer has a part in the success of the farm. The customer becomes a member of the CSA. The membership fee paid up front helps cover the costs of running the farm: seeds, plants, saplings, labor, fuel, etc. In return, the member gets a weekly box of the harvest share at a discounted price for the 30 weeks of harvest.

How much does it cost to become a member?

Membership costs $1200. That comes out to $40/week for the 30 weeks of harvest. Considering the cost of conventional produce, this is a great deal--Local, sustainably, and regeneratively farmed produce. (There is a processing fee if you choose to pay online with a card--You can also mail in a check (or cash) with your application to the farm address, or make arrangements to drop off your application (please text/email to schedule a time)
